"My experience while visiting for enquiry was very unpleasant. Found it to be very unprofessional and changing statements over a day. On my first visit, the school was closed. Dialled the number mentioned in board outside the school and I was told to come next day morning. When visited next day around 11.30am, no one was available to give information on admission and was asked to come after 1.30pm Visited again at 1.45 pm and the team was busy in a meeting. Then Ms. Viji Nair came and rushed back with some basic information and didnot give much clarity on fee structure, etc. I have been told the fee structure will be shared next day. I was to redirected to a teacher to give a tour of the school. The teacher was good and helpful during the tour. 3rd day , No mail recieved on the fee structure and brochure on Dibber. Ms. Nair did receive the call on second attempt and mentioned will take long to share the details (around 10 more days) and sounded harsh over the call . Also informed no seats available currently. This should have been informed on day 1 or 2 over phone, then I wouldnt have visited. Sheer waste of my time in visiting during working hours. If this is how the team is managing things, then it needs a change. Clarity should be emphasized and parents planning to enrol their kids should be prioritised. Parents seek for trust before enrolling their precious child in a school, and somehow that trust broke for me with Dibber, Manyata Tech Park."
