"Ok we went to the place for a party booking but somehow I find the lady in charge too arrogant to talk n explain the details maybe they felt we couldn t afford to hire the place but let me tell you the place is not that worth to organise a party guys too expensive and due to time constraints you can t enjoy, also the food they offer will be less in quantity. There maybe parents who can give good reviews but without organising anything I blv it s not worth throwing a party where the staff are not polite and courteous to your requests. For me it s big no I ll not even send my kids to study also in such a place."

"I believe you should go there to expose your children to the real world....it is extremely excellent in my opinion. My children received a basic education from the school and are doing well in their academics. Oxford Kids School is the best among play schools."

"We had a party for our kid here recently. There were incidentals that were charged at the time of check out and later removed. The A/c did not work in the play area and it was hot. The toilet is not clean or good enough for such a venue. The food was sub par for Delhi standards. The pricing is ok but for all the variables that were delivered, I felt a bit annoyed. And I found Ritu rather surly and pushy; not a great host. I am in the service industry, we make our customers feel like superstars when theyre spending this kind of money. So perhaps I am touchy on that."

"My husband and I , we went to Oxford kids to enquire for the newly constructed playarea, for our daughters birthday. We were promptly greeted by Ritu ji. She showed us around the school, the playarea , the pool and ennumerated all options available to us. She was very polite and cleared all our queries. What really hooked me to this venue was that, Ritu ji, the party coordinator was very understanding and totally accountable. She gave me the confidence that she would handle everything! The school has a newly constructed beautiful playarea. The cafe is so beautiful and neat. They give exclusive acess to birthday parties,unlike other play areas which have walk-ins as well. I was very stressed that the sitting would be a little short, for a party of 45. Ritu ji, very promptly addressed this concern of mine. She calmed me down, almost like a counsellor, and arranged a kids table to solve the issue. At the time of booking, she showed us pics of party decorations and food presentation. That really impressed us. The food served was simply delicious! Chilly paneer, chole bhature, cold coffee, thai curry were simply outstanding. Food was very well presented . The presentation of beverages in a tray of dry ice was very impressive. The servers were very polite and service was very good and prompt. Ravi ji, from Kwality catering was very polite and accomodating. All in all, a remarkable job done. Very satisfied and would highly recommend to others."
