"I would like to know what is the responsibility of a front desk manager in your school. Is she there to told visit our website to answer each question. People in the city is enough educated to visit a website Ms. Receptionist. And this is so arrogant and rude to hung up the phone on someone without listen the complete conversation. If this kind of behaviour is acceptable by management, then it is showing how much arrogant you guys are and this is really very unprofessional too. I dont want to go more deeper in this. I just want some information, I would like if someone educated and responsible person could spare some time to answer my queries. It would be really appreciated. Thank you so much."
