"As it happens with most of the schools, youll be shown a rosy picture while taking admission, your calls will be answered promptly and follow-ups would happen to ensure you onboard your child, but once its done, youll be treated like a second-grade citizen with no response to your calls or emails. I admitted my son this year and opted for school transport. The route assigned was quite unorganized and it was taking him 1.5 to 2 hrs one way to reach school and return. I believe I wasn t alone who was facing this, as the school management decided to provide a NEW bus in August to reduce the travel time. Now, this NEW bus is 6-7 years old (confirmed by the Transport Head of the School) and has broken down 3-4 times since it has been deployed. I wrote an email to the Principal through their portal and also called the transport head and the coordinator through whom I admitted my son, to raise my concerns and I was assured a prompt response. I had raised concerns regarding children s safety and how do they justify paying 22k per term for such a mode of transportation, to which I received a standard response We are looking into it with no concrete timelines and plan of action. The worst part is that THEY ARE RUNNING A SCHOOL LIKE A CORPORATE ENTITY. There is no direct number to contact someone at the school, you have to dial their TOLL FREE NUMBER where after waiting, you ll always hear ALL OUR AGENTS ARE BUSY . PATHETIC !!! It feels like I m dealing with a Call-Center and NOT a School. As a Parent I MUST have access to the school directly if I need to connect in case of any EMERGENCY. We were quite impressed when we were shown around at the time of admission, but unfortunately, I must say that the school has not lived up to my expectations even 10%. I also resonate with what some other parents have mentioned regarding other aspects like timeliness of commencing events, extra co-curricular activities etc. I have my own doubts about the quality of teaching as well. All in all, don t have very high hopes by just looking at the infrastructure, the reception area and other facilities can be quite deceiving."

"My son Aviraaj is in Global school (nursery). The staff here are very courteous and good. His teacher Divya Ma am takes a lot of personal interest to interact with kids and teach them both academic and non academic skills. She goes way beyond her duties to take care of the kids. She has a very pleasing personality. Other Teachers like Sharon Maam are also doing a great job. Sharon ma am has a special nack to understand the kids and help them cope up with the new atmosphere very well. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend GIIS."

"The campus is beautiful and the teachers are very good but I feel the school should start a little early for the students of grade 8 9 10 to prepare them for boards because other schools start in April and a place to keep there thing would be good. I and my kids are very happy with the school.All the staff is kind and I love the different features that are missing for another school ."
