"Principal Anuradha Joshi is a fraud lady. She gives false promises to parents as well as contractual staff. She is a sweet tongued snake with dual faced personality. She is an expert in the art of cheating, politics and bluffing. Wears a mask of sweetness but is a wolf inside. She manipulates to win awards.School claims to be a democratic setup but sychophancy is the most treasured attribute amongst staff members. ( Thats the hypocrisy that is catered) . Most staff members are thrusted upon keeping the children happy and pampered to get a positive feedback from parents and children, even if its at the cost of discipline and life long values of sincerity and dedication. Getting your children admitted in nursery can be the worst decision anyone would make in life, as children are pampered to the extent that they will never learn hardwork and discipline, made to sleep in school by teachers(who primary kids call aunty and not mam) and taught all subjects in hindi medium till grade 5 . Once a child joins the school, he is given ample opportunities to be indisciplined in the name of freedom that he is bound to get distracted from academics. Most of the star performer students of the school are outside students who joined either in Grade 9 or 11. Students studying from primary hardly perform well. School benefits mostly because it is strategically located in the most upmarket area of Lutyens Delhi , old legacies and sweet hypocrisy, else its completely hollow and empty from inside, at present. The school claims to be a different school of thought with poor old archaic infrastructure,no swimming pool, substandard but clever faculty eager to keep students happy and pampered at any cost for good feedback, shrewd principal, politically motivated gujju baniya management and poor administration. But they know how to white wash and eyewash things to looks presentable and aesthetic. Different rules apply to different people (especially parents and contract staff , depending on face value). Many times, contractual staff is given false promises to be made permanent, and dragged on contract for years through their vicious strategies . They are made to work on almost half salaries than regular staff for years without any salary during summer break for approx 2 months. Salary of contract staff members is usually delayed than regular staff by one or two weeks. There is a new rule to increment salary of contract members only once in 2-3 years, post covid. All decisions related to staff hiring are politically motivated and merit is considered secondary.Sychophants are given highest priority. If a child belongs to the Gujarati Management or to an influential political figure, rules can be bend and manipulated to the best possible extent, depending upon the amount of monetary or business benefits the Management board or the principal draws. For example, the manager or bursar/ accounts head usually approaches teachers to increase / manipulate board practical marks of children belonging to influential political figures/ bureaucrats or gujju management without considering the merit. ( Though high sermons on merit are given). Speak something else, but do something different. Like an elephants teeth. School boasts of high CBSE results, thanks to high quality tuition classes most affluent and privileged students of the school can afford. Many cases of child abuse , mostly suppressed by the cunning principal to save the dignity of the institution. Having a good contact with the shrewd principal/Gujarati Management can help you get a seat even in the middle of the session with just few lakhs and a very high profile political connection(like a cabinet minister, any OSD in PMO etc). Though they talk high on morals and ethics. Pathetic school environment, just basking in the glory of past legacies. P.S. Below, the gentleman from Gujju management has replied saying he is happy and satisfied that his son studied from the school. It evidently proves that how gujju management kids are very subtly pampered and favoured over other kids."
