"Worst experience ever had with any of the schools. Pathetic team of people they hired. Someone from the accounts team Asha Chauhan kept harassing you by calling at 8-9-10 on the morning despite of telling I am working on night shift in a day she will call you more than 10 times. She will not listen to you and kept interrupting you. Later she told me my account balance is in minus. What the hell how she got to know this. Anyways I do have a OD limit to my account just to clarify I am holding a priority account. Ms. Asha do you know what is priority account. As a proof attaching the image of my card. You are a rude lady need to learn the etiquette on how to talk to customer. Also, I will be dropping off and taking my son to new school because of this unprofessional behavior. TSUS team you need to work with your employees to make it better."
