"We called the school to get the information on pre-nursery classes timings, but guess what the receptionist who picked up the call responded very rudely and said admissions are closed then I asked about ews admission and what she did is just cut the call very rudely, how I am supposed to know the timings now if there is no one to help in DPS because without knowing school timings how can I manage my child timing. I just want to know that if DPS staff behave like that, how can we expect them to handle our children and how they ensure the safety of our children in the school premises if the school dont know how to talk or behave if someone is calling for simple info. pathetic experience for the DPS staff."
